~ Detailed Item Description ~

I am pleased to offer this Utterly Phenomenal, MASSIVE, and ULTRA RAREVintage Zuni Old Pawn *MICHAEL LAWEKA* Sterling Silver and Turquoise FROG Fetish Cuff. This Mesmerizing Cuff has an Inner Circumference of 5 3/16\" with an Additional 1 9/16\" Gap, for a Size 6 3/4\" Wrist!!! This Cuff should NOT be adjusted!!! It weighs an Astonishing 139.16 Grams - 4.908 OUNCES!!! TheTHREE TurquoiseFrogs appear to be either Stormy Mountain, or Fox Mine Turquoise - check out the PHOTOS and decide for Yourself :-) The LARGE Frog in the Center has more of a Greenish Color to it with a LOT of Matrix, while the TWO Smaller Frogs have more of a Bluish Color with less Matrix- VERY GORGEOUS STONES!!! The LARGE Frog measures approximately 1 1/16\" X 7/8\", while the TWO Smaller Frogs measure approximately 7/8\" X 7/16\"!!! The Center Frog has some minor Surface Fissures that appear to be Natural to the Stone, but I\'m not 100% certain. TheFrogs are all SOLID!!! All THREE Frogs are Securely Embraced in Hand Formed \"Saw Tooth\" Bezels!!! This Cuff measures a Substantial 2 1/16\" Wide!!! Please Note that there was a split (approximately 1\" long) along a seam in the Silver. I just had it repaired by my Jeweler at Gold Casters in Bloomington Indiana. The repair is SOLID, but it isvisible - mainly on the inside of the Cuff. You have to look really close to see the repaired seam at the Face of the Cuff. The Silver Work is Beautifully Rustic!!! The \"Face\" of the Cuff Features SIX Very LARGE Applied Sterling \"Feathers\" that were Entirely Hand Made and Stamped, NINE Large Silver Rain Drops that were made the Old Fashion Way of simply dropping molten silver into cool water, and Thick Hand Stamped Bordered Edges!!! The Face was Meticulously Hand Stamped to give the Surface an Amphibian-Like Texture!!! This Cuff is Hallmarked \"M.L\", which is the Hallmark of Zuni Fetish Maker, Michael Laweka!!! His Jewelry is INCREDIBLY Hard to Find!!! When people find his pieces, they usually don\'t let them go!!! This is an Incredible piece of Zuni Craftsmanship that belongs in a Museum, or in a High End Private Collection...GET IT IF YOU CAN!!!
