The leaf measures 272mm x 188mm with text consisting of 22 lines of Lettre Batarde script occuping a space of approximately 175mm x 114mm. There is a four-line initial \"I\", in gold leaf located outside of the textblock with blue and maroon ink filling. This leaf contains the Gospel of Matthew 16:13-15, \" When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.\" The verso 22 lines of Lettre Batarde script with a two-line initial \"H\" and starts with Acts 12:10 -11, followed by a Gradual Reading.
