This doll is GUARANTEED to be a genuine antique doll by Armand Marseille c. 1894! This doll is GUARANTEED to be shipped with expertise and care! This doll is GUARANTEED to make you smile!
This bisque socket head doll has her original early Armand Marseille composition and wood body. Her original brown glass sleep eyes have painted upper and lower lashes. Her light brown brows are feathered and her mouth is open showing four pearly teeth.Her costume is made of a orange and cream printed cotton, with black floral embroidered trim and black lace accents. as is her underwear: a full slip and pantaloons. She has white cotton socks and black shoes. Her blond synthetic wig is topped by a black ribbon.MARKS: 1894 / AM 2 DEP / Made in Germany /CONDITION: Excellent. The bisque is free of hairlines, cracks, chips and restoration. She does have some very small pepper spots in her bisque, but they do not detract. She comes on her original body, with its original finish! Costume in good condition, although the final snap of the dress does not close. Her original eyes sleep well. Please see all photos.
