Each wand is individually hand turned, carved, and finished by hand from a single piece of reclaimed wood using a manual wood lathe and carving knives. Finished with natural beeswax or any color finish of your choosing.
This listing is for a hand turned and carved real mahoe wood magic wand and includes a free velvet cloth wand storage bag and a scroll with the wand properties.
The Picquery wand, inspired by the wand of Seraphina Picquery, is turned from mahoe wood and measures 16 1/4 inches in over all length with a 10 1/8 inch tapered shaft, 6 inch handle, with an approximate 1 inch diameter at the widest point, finished with natural beeswax, and the wand includes a velvet cloth storage bag. The pictured wand is finished with natural beeswax, but the wand can be finish with any color finish you would like.
Thewood for this wand was part of a reclaimed lumber bundle purchased in the spring of 2017, and the wand was carved and finished in November of 2017.
