Ticketfast are digital tickets which are sent to your email address and need to be printed out on your printer. Therefore, you will need access to a functioning printer with paper.As we process orders from various sources (e.g. website, phone, , etc...), your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us with your order number.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the correct shipping that will enable them to receive the tickets prior to the event. Occasionally tickets will be delayed from being delivered due to box office ticket printing and shipping delays. Ticket orders for events occurring the same day will be emailed only to the confirmed PayPal email address and take at minimum of 1 hour to deliver. Will Call pickup is NOT available for any order. All payments are required within the first 60 minutes after the close of sale or your offer being accepted regardless of invoice receipt. Due to the nature of our business and the multiple outlets we sell our tickets to, we reserve the right to upgrade the winning buyer\'s tickets at no additional cost, offer substitute tickets, or cancel the order if exact tickets listed are not available at time of payment and a reasonable agreement cannot be made with the winning buyer. - Payment must be made first for the sale to end.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled and not postponed or rescheduled for another date. Full sale price, less shipping charges, will be provided for officially canceled events. For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our office to receive refund.
- Please note: We are not notified of canceled events. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new event date. In some cases, the sale price is above the face value of the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
- Seating Chart: Venue seating chart is based on the most accurate seating details which have been disclosed to the public by the ticketing agency,event venue website or event venue box office. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout. Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout. We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the tickets, including,the Section, Row and Seats # (only if the seat numbers are disclosed within the listing). As a value added service to our clients, we attempt to make a good faith, or bonafide attempt, to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart. As the venue seating is not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats.Any questions you have with the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue box office. At the request of any potential buyer, we will gladly furnish the event venue box office number for any of our listings.
