The back od the shoulder plate is stamped Metropolitan Doll Pat. (number is not clear.)According to 15th Blue Book by Jan Foulke, page 248 under composition (American) the molded Loop DolledCa. 1930s has composition head with molded bobbed hair and loop for tying a ribbon; quality is generally mediorcre. The doll has original manufactured clothes. I added a silk ribbon to her loop. She is a 16" composition doll with a shoulder head, blue sleep eyes, closed mouth, cloth body with composition arms and legs, (legs cracking as shown in photos)

For multiple purchases, I will combine items and dicount 50% shipping cost on the smaller/lighter item. For out of the country shipping,I ship packages using Standard International only if it is a small package of less than 4 lbs. Larger packages go by priority mail and EMS (Global Express)Attention: For International buyers, if you choose not to claim insurance to cover for the full price, then you are at your own risk. I am happy to sell to buyers outside of the USA, but I am not responsible for the high risk of damage from long trip. Besides, for some countries, the insurance only covers loss, not damage. You will have to understand that\'s why most sellers do not want to deal with non-USA shipping. Contact for arrangement before you place your offers.
Most of my items are antique or vintage so keep in mind that they are not in new/unused condition. Excellent condition in this case means compared with others of the same age. Every effort has been made to expose any flaws to the buyers using both description and photos. Please do not rely on either description or photos alone. Ask if you are not clear since items are not returnable unless misrepresented, and that would be unintentional. In any case the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
