English vellum MDS from the Reign of Charles II, 15 1/2\" x 10 1/2\", dated November 2, 1661, an Indenture between William and John Tennant, Blacksmiths, from Yorke, England and Elizabeth Procter, wherein the Tennants sell to her all their rights to Skirshill Close and the parcel of ground thereto adjoining, signed William Tennant and John Tennant, and on the verso signed by Brian Cookeson, Robert More, Richard Lawsom, and one other. Folds, light soiling, red wax seals now missing-- otherwise in excellent condition for its age.
