11 1/4.” x 7 1/4” selection, pages 410-415, disbound, separation at spine; else excellent. “An Act for Encouraging the Growth of Coffee in His Majesty\'s Plantations in America.” Exceptional, bright woodcut of the royal coat of arms on the front cover, and a nice woodcut of an initial cap [“W” of “Whereas”] on the first internal page. I do not think this item is available from any dealer in the US. I priced it from a dealer in England and they are charging $150. It is extremely rare!!
