This lisitng is for the orignial early manuscript document for the sale of land from John Taylor who signs at bottom with seal, to his son Elisha Taylor.

It mentions land on East Side of the Great River in Middletown. The text ink is faded with age but still readable while the signatures are clear and dark. Has some stains and foxing, otherwise an excellent paper for age.
