Antique vellum manuscript dated from the 18th century, and more specifically during the year MDCCLII (1752 - mil sept cent cinquante deux). Notarial document - Generality of Tours. Folded as issued. Signed. Text in french. 8 pages, 23.5 x 17.5 cm. Poor/Fair condition (ink fading especially on first and last page, piece torn and missing from second leaf as per photos affecting text, foxing, yellow/brown stains, few water-/ink- stains, few scratches, few tiny holes not affecting text at all though, merely worn/fragile vellum, merely creasy vellum, creases on corners/edges, tiny pieces missing from leaves\' corners/edges not affecting text).
