Well after a long summer of enjoying the plantation, it is back inside for me! Time to sell some more historic documents. Thanks in advance for looking at my listing and supporting my hobby!AS ALWAYS. All these documents are personally bought, hand inspected and repaired when necessary (I will disclose). They are unconditionally guaranteed authentic. I have bought and sold hundreds of these documents over the last decade and I only sell the finest ones that I would personally be proud to own if I did not have so many! This document comes in a very nice archival folder from University Products. You are offerding on a original very fine condition 1772 bill for carpentry work on a house.Work done by Jos. Jenkins for Sam Parker. I cant find out who Samuel Parker was, but he must have been quite wealthy to have this much detail done on a house in 1772.This is a very cool little document. I wish my carpenter only charged 54 pounds for this much work! You can see on the scans the list of charges for things such as "lintols over doors and windows" "224 sashlights" "233 feet of washboards" "Scallop Shelves in Closet" "37 steps to stairs"Imaging framing this and giving it as a gift for your favorite carpenter! This document is set apart by its very fine condition. Minimal areas of discoloration. Small center holes at the fold that does not impact the writing. Splits at the folds have been repaired with archival tape. Writing and printing remains sharp and readable over 200 years later. Paper quality is very good for this type of document. These look great framed, and always generate great interest. Please see the picture. Feel free to ask any questions you may have before offerding. !I send priority mail USPS. That is best I think for speed and tracking for you and me. I think the extra few dollars are well worth it for both our piece of mind, especially for something that is not replaceable like these fine documents! Please try to notify me or pay within 48 hours. I am a collector too, and I realize sometimes we all need a little more time to support our hobbies, just let me know what your plans are and we sure can work something out! I only accept paypal per guidelines. Thanks for all your support. Enjoy. On Mar-06-13 at 08:45:13 PST, seller added the following information:
