A very unusual eatly Italian old master oil on canvas depicting three cherubs or putti resting under a tree in a landscape. We think this work may be showing the Infant Christ, and John the Baptist with an angel but we cant be sure as Saint John is usually shown with a crucifix and there isn\'t one visible in this work.
The wpainting is beautifully done and is of the highest quality. This will delight its new owner.
