Here is saleed a very rare bird of prey figurine of a Eagle designed by Karl Tutter - handmade and fired porcelain in excellent condition. Thisfigure was designed in the Art Deco or Art Nouveau/Victorian time and produced from the highly regarded german manufactury Hutschenreuther(today a part of Rosenthal), Selb, Bavaria, Germany.The figurine has the title Stone Eagle - this bird of prey before gripping his spoils. The Eagle is impressive because of the expressive and wonderful details andthe exactly painting. A wonderful piece and an eyecatcher for every collection.Tremendous Figure, outstanding details, very lifelike figurine. This figurineis a first choice and was made about 45 years ago and is in excellent CONDITION. It has absolutely no chips, cracks or repairs.There are some unobtrusive and normal areas from the pontils (like every figurine of this model).

Karl Tutter (* 1883 † 1969) was one of the most famous porcelainmodellers of the 20th century. His porcelain works gained him famenationally and intenationally. To some extent the Hutschenreuther artfigurines owe their good reputation to Karl Tutter.
He created a large number of figurines for the brand Hutschenreuther, such as\"Sonnenkind\" (sunchild), \"Spielkameraden\" (Play fellows), \"Nach dem Bade\" (after the bath) or \"Finale\".

Condition:

Excellent- First choice - no chips, no cracks, no flaws, no repairs (under the neck and claws areas are covered with color in the manufactory. These are the points where the pontils were holding the figurine during the burning process and imperfections of the manufactory process - normally not visible) see photos
