Here is a lovely antique bisque head German doll looking for a home. Poor doll shows past \"line crack repairs on her shoulder plate\", see photos. Incised on the back of herbisque head is \"Armand Marseille, 370, 2/0 Made in Germany\". The line cracks repaired you can see in photo #9. Shoulder head intact but you may wish to do further restoration on the bisque, up to you. Reference attributes to German maker Armand Marseille, 1880s to 1930. Measures 18\" tall beinga bisque shoulder head, kid leather cloth body with composition hands from elbow down, all fingers intact. Wear throughout body but nothing too terrible. She has a \"sweet\" little Dolly facewith open and close blue glass sleepy eyes, painted black lashes around her eyes, single stroke brown brows and open mouth with upper teeth intact. Lovely blush on her face with a faint little dimple in her chin. Head isdirty inside, there is plaster cement that was used to secure the sleepy eyes on rocker as most doll people do. Long brunette human hair wig is glued on a pate that sets on her head, a charming vintage wig. Doll wears older hand made dress, it shows some wear but is lovely with embroidery accents, she wears pantaloons, stockings and replacement shoes. I have taken plenty of photos.
