Inner circumference is roughly 5 1/2\" plus a 1 1/8\" gap for a total of 6 5/8\" wrist size at the time, but cuff can carefully adjusted smaller or larger a little. Front face is over 4\" long and 2\" wide. I have never seen silverwork like there is on this bracelet!! The heavy warm patina leads me to believe that this cuff dates back to the 60\'s at least.
