I do not provide for returns except for major problems. The reason is, is that I am not a business, just an individual cleaning out my garage and closets. I have very limited time. I am not Amazon or Walmart multi-billion dollar corporations. I do not ship same day or even next day. I have a family and a full time job so when people want to return something it is very difficult. When I was offering returns, I had ever other person wanting to return for full refund because they ran out of money, changed their mind, got in trouble with their wife, thought something was new when all the description was the words: used, worn, tarnished, scratched, repaired and their reason for return was that it was not as listed. It is very hard to impossible to remove a negative response. Not only will I refuse the negative response but I turn it around and give them negative buyer status. I DO NOT WANT to do this. That is why I sell as-is, no returns.There are also a growing number of people that order, complain, get their money back and know that half the time they will be asked to keep the item. They make it a habit to get free stuff paid for by credit card warranty. I am not a part that crooked dealing.
