Presented for sale is this Superb Rare Antique Georgian Solid Silver Pierced Sifter Tea Caddy Spoon, hallmarked for London 1808 by Josiah Snatt.

This superb rare antique solid silver tea caddy spoon has a superb large pierced oval shaped bowl and tapered curved handle with the remains of someones initials bright cut engraved to the top. It is fully hallmarked with the Lion Passant denoting solid sterling silver, the date letter N for 1808, the Duty mark of King George III\'s head and the makers mark JS, please see all the additional photos.

Measuring 4\" long approx. the bowl measures 1 3/4\" by 1 3/8\" approx. it is in excellent used condition with no dents, dings, splits or repairs, the top left edge of the bowl has worn down slightly from use nothing serious though and it weighs 16.9grams by my electronic scales.
