A beautiful U.S. Military Horseman\'s Officer\'s Sword in overall very good condition with a curved 30 1/2 inch steel blade with a single cutting edge, a deep fuller for 21 1/2 inches down its length, a sharp point and an S&K marked ricasso. Blade marked with Stands of Arms (Cannons, etc.) scrolls and floral etchings of the classic early American form. \"D\" guard type with a single brass knuckle-bow with an integral upper quillon with a curved finial. Nicely carved bone classic grip with smooth untouched surfaces, some light signs of use/wear, minor yellowing, tight hairlines imperfections with handle/crossguard having some looseness.
