[399]-412): History of Freemasonry in the State of Tennessee -- Constitution and bye-laws of the Grand Lodge of Tennessee. Original leather in nice shape with attractive patina, the spine with gilt rule and title label in gilt and leather, as shown. Hinges intact. Pages with some toning, foxing, and light staining, all bound, present and in nice shape. EPs in front with a few losses, signed by a John A and Jacob Gundue as well as an A. Baldwin. Page edges yellow stained. Large 8vo. VERY scarce. Good luck!
