1862 $10 The Bank of Louisiana note from New-Orleans, LA.

This note from the American Civil War has a Vignette of a bare-breasted America holding a laurel wreath above George Washington\'s head while Liberty stands on the other side.

The left panel has a fancy \"10\" counter between two Vignettes of different steam ships.

A Native American Princess holds an ear of corn and carries an \"X\" on the lower right.

The reverse has a brown/orange design with the bank title and a Vignette of Athena at its center.

This Civil War era note grades Fine / Very Fine.
