It mentions it is near the railroad station.The docketing ion the back indicates the cover was sent by Loyal Case Kellogg who was aprominent lawyer in Rutland. Case was born in Benson in 1816 and died 1872. He went to Amherst College. Cover is shortened at the top and has a tinyrepair at the top left. A Scott #65 is tied by ablues Rutland doublecircle cancel. Overall a neat item.
