Presented for sale is this Stunning Antique Victorian Solid Silver Salver Tray, hallmarked for London 1863 by Edward & John Barnard.

This stunning antique Victorian solid silver salver tray is circular shaped with a fabulous pierced scroll and foliate border and bright cut engraved foliate scroll decoration to the centre and stands on three large stunning ornate pierced foliate scroll feet, a fabulous period piece of stunning quality. It is fully hallmarked to the reverse with the Makers mark EB&JB for Edward & John Barnard (partially rubbed), the Lion Passant denoting solid sterling silver (again partially rubbed), the London assay office Leopards head, the date letter H for 1863 and the Duty mark of Queen Victoria\'s head, please see all the additional photos.

Measuring 11\" in diameter approx. it is in excellent used condition with no dents, dings, splits or repairs and weighs a very heavy 688grams or 22.12 troy ounces by my postal scales.
