Senate, Ex. Doc. No. 24Washington [D.C.], 1863. Removed. Book Condition: A very good clean copy. First edition. Correspondence between Seward and Mexican Legation whereby the latter complained about shipment of war goods to French for use in war with Mexico, and cited U.S. complaint against Britain on same grounds.
