- This is a very early pocket watch movement that was made by Patek Philippe in 1863. - The original pocket case was lost over the time. - To save and protect this raretimepiece it has been installed in the new black PVD case.MOVEMENT: -Superior grade Patek Philippe 19 jewels movement, serial number 18573 . -Big Screw-compensating balance wheel with gold screws-Blued hairspring in good condition-Ruby end-stone on balance wheel, escapement wheel, pallet fork. -19 jewels-Very clean and fantastic looking movement (it only has an oil stain on the one of winding gears, otherwise very clean, no rust, screws in very good condition) -Just serviced and oiled with a Swiss made oil.
