When I was offering returns, I had ever other personwanting to return for full refund because they ran out of money, changed theirmind, got in trouble with their wife, thought something was new when all thedescription was the words: used, worn, tarnished, scratched, repaired and theirreason for return was that it was not as listed.

It is very hard to impossibleto remove a negative response. Not only will I refuse the negative response butI turn it around and give them negative buyer status. I DO NOT WANT to do this.That is why I sell as-is, no returns.There are also a growing number ofpeople that order, complain, get their money back and know that half the timethey will be asked to keep the item. They make it a habit to get free stuffpaid for by credit card warranty. I am not a part that crooked dealing.
