You are offerding on an attractive pocket sized leather Civil War era HOLY BIBLE from 1863 (London: Eyre & Spottiswood)! The book itself is bound in original blindstamped burgundy leather, some minor wear to the extremities, hinges intact.Spine with raised bands, gilt title and similar wear. The page edges are gilt. The Bible within is pleasantly kept and complete, with only some light browning and staining. Binding remains firm, and unmarked, although there is a small stamp that says, \'sold at Greers\'. Measures 4.75\" wide, 3.25\" tall. Good luck!
