Early mouth-blown \'coffin flask\' with hand-tooled neck/lip finish. \'Laid-on string\' is not laid on, but is aninterestingly tooled feature that dates this bottle to late 1860\'s-to-early 1870\'s, while the \'laid-on string lip\' was still expected by liquor bottlers. Size = One Pint. Absolutely pristine, crude \'fizzy/bubbly\' glass, with minor interior content residue. Intact label is nearlyperfect! \'W. Springer & Bro.\' were chemists & druggists doing business at the address on the label from1860\'s (or earlier?) until1875 (or later?)
