This is an original hand colored double page map divided into 2 parts; the upper part showing the \"Plan of Lands at Nantasket Beach, Town of Hull, MA\"; and the lower part showingthe plan of \"Geo Wheatland\'s Lands at Nantasket Long Beach\" from the 1879 Atlas of Plymouth County Mass, published by Walker. The map is double sided. The alternate side is divided into 2 half maps. One half consists of 2 maps -the Village of Hull and Downer\'s landing. the other single page map shows the Town of Hull and off shore islands and ledges.

The maps show property parcels and their ownersat the time, as well as structures, landmarks, bodies of water, major roads and railways. interesting landmarks include the Atlantic Hotel, the Rockland House, Hotel Nantasket, Pacific House, the Pavilion and the Bathhouses.The map measures approximately 28\"x171/2\".
It is in good condition with a few minor edge tears. There is a previously repaired tear that enters the image about 2\" on the left side of the map and faint moisture marks at the upper left and right.Please email with any questions.The map will be shipped flat.
