Kornidzor (Armenian: Կոռնիձոր, also Romanized as Korrnidzor) is a village and rural community (municipality) in the Syunik Province of Armenia.

Elisabethpol Governorate or Elizavetpol Governorate (Russian: Елизаветпольская губерния; in pre-1918 Russian spelling: Елисаветпольская губернiя) was one of the guberniyas of the Russian Empire, with its center in Elisabethpol (official name for Ganja in 1805–1918). Its area was 44,136 sq. kilometres, and it had 878,415 inhabitants by 1897.

Это была одна из самых значительных по пространству губерний Закавказья, расположенная в восточной его части, приблизительно между 38°50\' и 41 1/2 ° северной широты и 44°21\' и 48°21\' восточной долготы (от Гринвича); на севере она граничит с Тифлисской губернией, Закатальским округом и Дагестанской областью; на востоке — с Бакинской губернией; на западе — с Тифлисской и Эриванской губерниями, а на юге — с Персией по реке Аракс, которая составляла здесь государственную границу России.
