ThisLot is for :
16 volumes of William Harrison Ainsworth, illustrated and uniformly bound in red leather spine and corners and original patterned paper, marble endpapers and each book with the armorial bookplate of Charles Robert Alexander. Raised bands to the spine with gilt decoration to the panels. The books are published in London and printed for or by George Routledge and Sons Ludgate Hill. Some minor issues to leather, The books are all clean and tight and in good order, volumes are not numbered and titled :
