The cast iron Flag stand is about 3 and 1/2 in tall, has four legs, is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is marked W R O which is the Women\'s Relief Organization the auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic Organization for Union Soldiers in the civil-war War. The pieces that is very ornate and then excellent condition.
