Rare as it is, the USPS does damage, lose, and delay delivery of mail.All packages are properly addressed and posted. Neitherwe nor anyone else besides the USPS has any control over what happens to a package after it is mailed. If a coin is shipped with a tracking number, please check the tracking info before contacting us about a delayed shipment. You have access to exactly the same tracking info. Most are simply delayed rather than lost. If your item is lost or delayed more than 14 days by the post office, you will be reimbursed or offered a replacement if we have one. We have been world coin collectors for over 50 years and are reasonably good at grading. Any known defectswill be disclosed that are not apparent in the photosthat can affect the grade and will sometimes explain what feature(s) determine it. If you are not familiar with what \"details\" means it means the coin shows grade details but has noticeable problems otherwise. Even so, if after you receive the coin, you wish to return it FOR ANY REASON, just send an email and return of the item will be arranged. Other than some large lots, all coins sell with a 14 day money back return guarantee.

When the grade of a coin is stated, always keep in mind, it\'s just an opinion and is intended for reference purposes only. We rely on the ANA standards and have many certified coins to compare.
