A VERY comprehensive history of the Freemasons, produced at the end on the 19th century. Chapters include, but not limited to:history ancient Egypt, Gnostics, mysteries, alphabets of the 7 planets, architecture, Romans in Britain, English Guilds,Masonic sketches, Knights Templars, traditions, Ahiman Rezon, dictionary of the Bible, encyclopedia, history of Germany and England, History of Freemasonry, and much more!
Please zoom in on photos as they help with the Description: giltpictorial cover withgiltspine lettering andgiltpage edges.Externally in good condition with some light chipping to the spine ends, tips, and edges. Boards and textblock secure, but covers a little slack and back outer joint cracked about 2\" [see picture].Internally-VERY GOOD -No rips or folds that I saw. Front paste down with some rippling. Pen inscription and another inscription on a piece of paper taped with medical tape [can be taken off without damaging the endpaper -I tried and it will come off easy, but will leave it up to the new owner to decide]. Frontis with some light staining as well as the title page [see right edge]. That last page shown is not that toned, but taken w/out a flash. Otherwise the interior of the book looks practically new -bright and clean! If I missed anything, it was unintentional.Overall - VERY GOOD CONDITION - highly collectibleI\'ve had a few of these for sale in the past , but this one is in the best condition I have ever had -they are usually well worn. please Add me to your Favorites list
