This is a charming and lovely VictorianEra hand painted “Alba” Spider / Honeycomb patterned milk glass handled syrup pitcher.The Dithridge Glass Company made the pitcher around 1894. This syrup pitcher is shown as item #139 in Ferson’sYesterday\'s Milk Glass Today (pps.36/37). It measures around4\" across at the bulb base and is 5 3/4\"tall. The glass is ingreat shape considering its age. There is a stable hairline along top of oneside of the molded handle which does not carry to the other side. It is missingthe top portion of the metal lidand there looks to be some loss to thepaint. Please see our pictures for further details. We always pack well and charge only actual shipping costs.
