Trade Stimulator or Discount Wheel patented by James G. Huffman of Decatur Illinois. This unit is in good working order with normal wear. I do know that the locking door was replaced by a cabinet maker. I took a short video of the wheel in action. I have seen a video on YouTube by Jim Schafer of a unit he sold. I can\'t use his video but if you want to go over to YouTube and watch his demonstration he explains the workings of his wheel.
