Blue cloth boards have black and white stamped illustration on front. Lettering on front and spine is bright gilt. Edges are beveled and all outside edges are gilt. Corners and spine ends are bumped but only mildly rubbed, with nothing worn through. Binding is slightly shaken but seems sturdy. Pages are bright and clean. There is an owner name on the ffep but no other markings. There are 15 black and white plates plus the tissue guarded frontispiece.

Overall condition is Very Good
