The brooch measures approx 2 1/4\" x 2\" at it\'s widest spots, so it is quite large and weighs 16.8 grams!! Estimated retail value of $2000-3000 See similar listings of 18k and Jade brooch\'s!!
It was hand crafted sometime before mid century and is in perfect condition like the day it was made!! See pics and look at the craftsmanship on the cuts like on the jade leaves, those were not easy to cut back in those days.
