Shipping & Making Time:
The ring will be made within 21 working days from the time
of payment and will be sent by registered mail.
Like all my designs this ring will be sent in a special wooden
gift box as shown in the last picture.
I accept all sorts of payment methods - PayPal, bank transfers, personal checks and credit cards.
All payments must be cleared before I start making the design you have paid for.
Responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer.
All solid gold designs are sent by insured express mail worldwide while the rest are sent by registered mail.
It is possible to upgrade to express mail if necessary (depends on your location) so just contact me to get more details.
All my designs are packed in my own design, special wooden gift boxes - strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box :)
Your satisfaction is my major concern. If the jewel arrived broken or dented (never happened and probably never will) send it back and I will repair or replace it free of charge.
I do not refund but, again, if something is not to your satisfaction feel free to send it back and I will adjust it.
