Crisp bright-cut decoration; an Irish Celtic Point Star Burstabove an
oval cartouche enclosing an interesting motif, not a monogram and I don\'t believe it would
be considered a crest, but what clearly looks like a two handled mug with flames or
heat rising from it with a circle at center that is likely the tip of a stirrer.

With the exception of astress line at the top of the bowl (my arrow pointing)
this spoonis in remarkable condition after 200+ years.

Hallmarks:
seated Hibernia for sterling silver
crowned harp for the city of Dublin
date letter “Y” for 1795
maker’s mark JP for John Power
