This listing is for the beautiful early box, hand-made. Original paint remains. Some scratches in the wood showing maybe doodling and wear.

Perhaps a document, glove or mini blanket chest. This beautiful, untouched piece measures approx 5 7/8\" x 14.25\" x 4.25\" high. Wood is about 1/2\" thick.

Purchased at a high-end Lancaster Pennsylvania antique sale.

There is an early repair of wire as you can see on the bottom.

Beautiful scroll paint.

Paint mostly remains with wear as shown.

Undated, circa 1700s-early 1800s.

Solid box with some antique wear (loose hinge, etc.). Nice condition for age!
