19 C ANTIQUE RUSSIA REPOUSSE RUSSIAN Brass Cased Framed Hand Painted Unique. This listing is for a very unique cased framed gilt liner boxed with glass early Russian icon in a church pediment shaped frame late 18thc or early 19thc or before. Everything looks to be in good shape the glass in the front of the box the putty holding the glass has went bad so the glass is loose. Highly ornate frame and very unusual box cased construction. It is 10 and 1/2 inches long and 8 inches wide and about 3 inches thick. Lots of photos this ca,e from a very high end estate the family traveled to Russia and brought back some neat items In the 1940-1950 era.
