The back has V-shaped tucks in its center. I see three small brown stains hidden in the folds of the of the pigeon breast front near the waist & a couple pinprick holes. The top\'s waistline is 23\" The skirt is 22\" at the waist and closes with a white abalone button. It is lined with a light tan canvas material.
