- An antique, early Edwardian period meerschaum, amber and silver cheroot or small cigar holder with a length of 2.9 in ( 74 mm) and with a maximum diameter of 0.65 in ( 16 mm). The opening has a diameter of 0.45 in ( 11 mm). The holder has two ornately engraved Sterling silver standard bands with the middle band fully and clearly hallmarked for Chester1903 with Makers initials B.W ( Ben Wade). The holder is in very good condition with no damage and with only very minor surface marks commensurate with age and use. It comes in its original leather covered and velvet lined case with push button release catch, which is labelled in gilt with the Makers stamp B.W. BEST QUALITY to the interior and with SOLID BLOCK AMBER to the outside
