Watch is not working and is missing the Stem. \"17 Jewel\" and serial number engraved on Movement. \"Elgin National Watch Co.\" engraved on movement. Gold plate worn in places. The works are beautiful; have been well-protected, look good for their 110 years and are clearly readable. Don\'t know its whole story. The watch was in the possession of a single owner for many decades. With the right repair, replacement of the stem, and cleaning, We believe it will work.
