Neat item didn’t see another on . The condition of the item is good for its age in my opinion but I’m no expert. It does have some issues such as the cover has separated off from the pages but pages are all still together. The outer cover does have some small tears, stains and creases. The inside pages aren’t really faded and several of them still white. Great item for any collector has lots of information and some advertising. Please refer to pictures. for age condition etc. Use the zoom option so you know exactly what you will be receiving. Check out my other items.
