This vintage Masonic medal (or fob) is a souvenir of the laying of the corner stone of the new West Chicago Masonic Temple, which occurred on November 2, 1907. One side features Masonic imagery, the names the various Masonic bodies associated with the Temple, and the year 1907. The other side has an image of the new Temple and the words WEST CHICAGO MASONIC TEMPLE CORNER STONE LAYING NOVEMBER SECOND 1907. The name of the manufacturer of this item (Greenduck, Chicago) is found immediately beneath the image. This item is holed (as issued) for use as a fob for a souvenir badge. Itwas struck very well, with very bold images and lettering. This item measuresapproximately 38 mm (1-1/2\") on each side, and the composition is copper.

This item is in uncirculated condition, with no actual wear, with toning and light signs of handling, and it remains very bright.
