Held in Chicago, this Convention nominated William Howard Taft who was Theodore Roosevelt\'s Commerce Secretary. TR chose Taft to be his successor. However, four years later Teddy Roosevelt would split from the GOP due to strong disagreements with President Taft. The Platform ticketis for the Second Day and isauthenticated by PCGS Currency. It includes both stubs.
