USED FOR THE SPECIAL EDITION OF THE SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE ISSUE... WHICH THEY ISSUED ONCE A YEAR... THE IMAGE ITSELF IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A RACING OLDSMOBILE ANTIQUE AUTO RUN WITH THE STEAM TRAIN IN THE BACKGROUND. FOSTER DID A LOT OF WORK FOR THE OLDSMOBILE COMPANY AD DEPARTMENT AND THIS WAS JUST AN EXTENSION OF THAT. GREAT FOR THE CAR RACING FAN, THE ANTIQUE AUTO FAN, STEAM RAILROAD FAN OR WHAT HAVE YOU.
