Magazine is collated Complete and deemed to be in Good Exterior Condition and Very Good overall Interior Condition with bump to lower right magazine corner throughout.

Covers & Spine are very tightly bound to magazine with modestwear andmoderate soiling. Front Cover has penciled check mark at top and lots of pen and pencil scratch marks in lower half throughout Contents listing. Back Cover has small bump gouge/tear at top. Spine has small chip at top, penciled date \"Nov 1912\" written in middle and, 1 3/4-inches missing at bottom.

Interior Pages are collated Complete andin Very Good overall Condition being Clean and unmarked with minor blemishes and wear including bump creases to lower right corner margin edges throughout, small fold-over crease/tear to far right margin edge of one of the Color Illustration Page (see photo), and very minor brown splatter stains at top outside edges of pages (see last photo). Staples have traces of rust.
