1912 Re-issue of Pension to U.S. Navy Seaman:
$54.68

This is a form with the seal of the Department of the Interior authorizing a reissue of a pension to John S. McKee, a \"Seaman United States Navy\" for amounts from $18.00 to $30.00 per month. It is signed by Franklin Knight Lane, secretary of the interior and J.L. Davenport, Commissioner of Pension on April 14, 1913. Both signatures are likely rubber stamped.
We attempted to find more information about Seaman McKee. We couldn\'t find him in Civil War records and this is dated before WWI which leaves the Spanish-American War. Just a guess.
